Maternity Reflexology

Preconception:-  Reflexology can assist couples in the planning stage before they fall pregnant. It is best to treat both partners weekly until conception.  It is recommended to get yourself in the best shape, not only physically but also mentally and spiritually.  Plan a well balanced diet, exercise and good amount of sleep.

Infertility:-  It can be quiet distressing when a planned pregnancy does not eventuate.  Take the pressure of yourself as there is nothing you are doing wrong.  Reflexology may help and it is recommended to have two weekly treatments for both partners for 6 weeks and weekly thereafter.  A full reflexology session will be done along with a endocrine (hormone) balance, lymphatic draining, stimulation of the uterus, solar plexus and pelvis.
